My Go-To Manicure

ORLY Bonder // Step 1 | After nail prep, first apply this base coat.

ZOYA Lavender Perfector // Step 2 | I apply this color perfector to give a very subtle pinkish glow to my nails while helping neutralize discoloration. Optional but I love it.

ZOYA Tip Perfector // Step 3 | It took me forever to find the perfect tip color for an American manicure (not a stark white but an off white color that mimics your natural nail tip color). This one is it for me. After I tried for the first time, I immediately purchased a backup bottle. Apply this color to only the tips of your nails. You can freehand this step or use a nail stamp for easy application.

Beetles Nail Stamp // Here’s the silicone tool I use to get the perfect tip shape. On the product page it shows how to angle your nail to get different designs.

DND Polish Set - Like Butter // Step 4 | Apply the nail lacquer - a very sheer buttery nude shade that’s perfect for the naked nail look of an American manicure. This set comes with the lacquer and the matching gel polish shade. 2 coats for just a hint of color.

Essie Gel Couture Top Coat // Step 5 | Apply top coat. I love this one because it’s thick and looks like a gel manicure.
